While there might be lingering supply chain issues, more often it's good to make sure you're checking emails and voicemails; most delays are because we are trying to reach you due to an address or processing issue.
UPS Ground shipping transit times are included on the map (does not include PO Boxes or International). You will also see an Estimated Delivery Date in your shopping cart, next to each shipping method. All transit times are in business days. Orders ship Mon-Fri as UPS does not pick up on weekends or holidays. They may deliver on Saturday in your area and this will be detailed in the shopping cart. Please remember to note the "Inventory Status" on each product as well as days in transit. Express shipping is available but that only affects the Time in Transit and not how fast an order is processed and ships. UPS generally delivers on time but at this point they only guarantee (very expensive) Next Day Air services. Any emergency gift orders please Contact Us for special attention. Certain smaller or less breakable items (Papers, cones, rolling machines, parts, bats, etc.) can also ship by USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail is insured with Delivery Confirmation, delivers on Saturdays and usually arrives within 2-4 days for the lower 48 states and a few more days for rural areas, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If this option is available, it will be presented in your shopping cart. When choosing Priority Mail, please be sure that any shipping address entered is USPS friendly. Free Shipping is also available if the item(s) in your cart qualify and you have crossed the threshold of $49. Dealer choice on that shipping method but we usually pick what's best for your location. If Shipping Time is not as important as how much shipping costs, we also offer a super affordable Economy 1st Class Mail Package service for small items in small orders. If the items in your cart qualify you'll see this presented in the cart. Keep in mind that both processing time and shipping speeds are Much Slower than other methods but it is reliable and there is no cheaper method if you are the patient type. Returns Policy
Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. If the return is a result of an error on our part we'll also pay the return shipping costs (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Whatever you choose, you should expect to receive your credit/refund/replacement within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a resolution more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and, in the case of refunds, the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
