This has a small peace of floral block in it to hold in the moisture. Make sure you have enough product for this guy otherwise you might get everything a little too moist
"I definitely noticed a difference in how ""moist"" my herb was. For something so small it can totally keep/make a big jar nice and moist even if it started off really dry! I love this thing. Although you should be careful as,like I said,it can handle a lot of herb so if you're planning on just freshening up a little bit (like a dime or dub) then you shouldn't get the thing totally soaked before you put it your container. And like some have already said,it normally does the trick in 24 hrs but you can always leave it in indefinitely to keep everything fresh "
