The feel like thin plastic and can take a little getting used to when rolling with them,but they burn nicely and I like the fact that they're not paper. Paper can taint the taste of whatever it is you're smoking whereas these have NO taste so there's nothing but the flavor of your herbs. Very nice indeed!"
