With the double-vortex ricocheting effect, smoke leaves the Jack Herer pipe at a much lower temperature than a regular pipe. Due to the design of the bowl, and the fact that air circulates below the bowl freely, the burning temperature in the bowl is very high, meaning a complete burn. You can see the whitish color of the ash (like on the tip of a cigar) which shows you that the tobacco is burning completely without leaving a blackish residue.
Each Jack Herer pipe is handcrafted and therefore completely unique. Will definitely vary from picture but you can specify darker or lighter hardwoods if you have a preference. This compact version of the famous pipe generally measures around 4" long and 2" high and comes in a hemp canvas pouch. Jack's autograph is burned into the bottom of every pipe.

Absolute best pipe I've ever smoked. I can see how this would be great for tobacco as well. but that's not my style. Bowl stayed lit through out and I had fun packing it. At first i thought the hit was pretty hot but then when i exhaled i realized how much smoke i had. Only complaint is that the bowl cover came very tight and when i used the included wrench to loosen it i think i stripped the screw. amazing though none the less.

This pipe is well worth the money. Every hit tastes like the first. Smokes well in a group. Smoothest pipe I've ever come across. Do yourself a favor and purchase this already
"First,if you typically smoke with a few other people... Buy this now. It makes the process so much quicker and more efficient. Light it once,then you can pass it around for almost a half hour!<br><br>For individual use it is still great thanks to the flap that covers the bowl. It's a little hard to get lit at first,but I actually found that a match works best. <br><br>Packing this pipe does take a little extra time and it is very important to use dried herbs. I packed it with very sticky herb and it was hard to pull until I lit a good amount of the bowl.<br><br>Overall I definitely reccomend it. The smoke is cooler and thicker than glass. I can see changing the screen might be a pain but I haven't had to do that yet..."

"I ordered this pipe without having ever used or seen a Jack Herer Pipe,the only thing I had to go off of was what I had heard and seen online. The package arrived quickly and was packaged well in a plain cardboard box. When I opened it and looked at the pipe I was very impressed with not only the construction and quality of the pipe,but also the cool hemp carrying case & tools that came with it as well. This is a beautiful and well made pipe! As for how it works,well as many of their review state this is one sweet pipe to smoke out of. Very good pipe burns through. Just plan on keeping screens on hand
It may be wood but it still hits like any of the best glass pipes out there. Every hit taste just like a green hit!
