"If you prefer glass to metal or other materials (as I do) then this a the bat for you. More durable then others I've had and consistent (blown glass can vary quite a bit.) To the other comments: Never tap a glass bat,formula for disaster. Instead,get yourself a different ash receptacle (I like to use a saki bottle) and blow it out. "
Pretty happy with my bat. Only thing that would potentially be negative is I have to dig really hard to get it packed compared to metal ones. Definitely dig the colors that are developing.
